What we collect

The interactive sample is fixed to Los Angeles County. If you request the free memo, we collect your email, selected user role, project nickname, selected funding scenario and crafts, and the sample memo shown on screen.

If you request coverage for another jurisdiction, we collect your email, the requested state and county or locality, plus anything optional you choose to add: role, primary craft, project timing, landing page, and available campaign attribution.

We may collect basic analytics events, such as sample comparisons and confirmed memo requests, to understand whether the product is useful.

Memo delivery

Memo and jurisdiction-coverage requests are sent through Resend to the portfolio operator inbox. When delivery succeeds, the site also sends the requested memo or a coverage-request confirmation to the submitted email from a whichwagewins.com sender. The public site does not offer card checkout.

Each request is also written to our own server logs before we attempt delivery, so a mail-provider outage does not silently lose your request. Those logs stay with the portfolio operator and are not shared with analytics or third parties.

How we use data

We use submitted information to prepare the requested memo, respond to you, improve the sample, and decide whether contractor demand justifies broader coverage.

We do not sell submitted project data. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns to decide which counties, states, or trades to support next.
