How to read a county page
Every county page lists the common trades with the basic hourly rate, the fringe benefit amount and the total, taken literally from the General Decision that covers the county and construction type. The determination number and revision are printed on each row so you can compare them with the one incorporated into your bid documents on SAM.gov. Rates that come from a survey more than ten years old are marked with the survey year: they are still the legal minimum, but an estimator should expect them to move.
